§20101. Organization
36 U.S.C. § 20101
Federal Charter.— Agricultural Hall of Fame (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.
Perpetual Existence.— Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
