§154101. Organization
36 U.S.C. § 154101
Federal Charter.— Naval Sea Cadet Corps (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.
Perpetual Existence.— Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
