36 U.S.C. § 153903

The corporation may—
(1)
adopt a constitution and bylaws;
(2)
adopt a seal; and
(3)
hold real and personal property in the United States, but only to the extent necessary to carry out the purposes of the corporation and only in an amount not more than $50,000.
