§150901. Organization
36 U.S.C. § 150901
Federal Charter.— National Council on Radiation Protection and Measurements (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.
Perpetual Existence.— Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
