§140301. Organization
36 U.S.C. § 140301
Federal Charter.— The Military Chaplains Association of the United States of America (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.
Perpetual Existence.— Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
