§21117. Authorization of appropriations

In general— There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subchapter—
$60,000,000 for fiscal year 2009;
$60,000,000 for fiscal year 2010;
$60,000,000 for fiscal year 2011;
$60,000,000 for fiscal year 2012;
$60,000,000 for fiscal year 20131
$60,000,000 for fiscal year 2014;
$60,000,000 for fiscal year 2015;
$60,000,000 for fiscal year 2016;
$60,000,000 for fiscal year 2017;
$60,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2018 through 2024; and
$60,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2028.
Availability— Funds appropriated under subsection (a) shall remain available until expended.
