Amendments
2024—Subsec. (g)(1). Pub. L. 118–159 amended par. (1) generally. Prior to amendment, par. (1) read as follows: “Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, any amount of penalty or assessment collected under this chapter shall be deposited as miscellaneous receipts in the Treasury of the United States.”
1992—Subsec. (e). Pub. L. 102–572 substituted “United States Court of Federal Claims” for “United States Claims Court”.
