§233a. Permits or leases of certain lands in Oklahoma; retention of royalties
30 U.S.C. § 233a
The Secretary of the Interior is directed to retain in his custody until otherwise directed by law the 12½ per centum and other royalties heretofore or hereafter received by him in pursuance of section 2331 of this title.
