Effective Date of 1986 Amendment

Effective Date of 1984 Amendment
Pub. L. 98–369, div. A, title I, § 139(c), July 18, 1984, 98 Stat. 677, provided that: “The amendments made by this section [amending this section] shall apply to taxable years beginning after December 31, 1984.”
