§9623. Definitions

20 U.S.C. § 9623

In this subchapter:

(1)

The term “Director” means the Director of the Institute of Education Sciences.

(2)

The term “State” means each of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
