§4535. Regulations
19 U.S.C. § 4535
Secretary of the Treasury— The Secretary of the Treasury shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to carry out this title1 and the amendments made by this title1 (except as provided by subsection (b)).
Secretary of Labor— The Secretary of Labor shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to carry out the labor value content determination under section 4532 of this title.
