§4710. Collection and compilation of information
As of today
12 U.S.C. § 4710
The Fund shall—
collect and compile information pertinent to community development financial institutions that will assist in creating, developing, expanding, and preserving such institutions; and
make such information available to promote the purposes of this subchapter.
