Division EE — Extension of Visa Waiver Program Fees

Section 217(h)(3)(B)(iii) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1187(h)(3)(B)(iii)) is amended by striking “ September 30, 2027” and inserting “ October 31, 2028”.
