FDA Reauthorization Act of 2017

An Act

To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to revise and extend the user-fee programs for prescription drugs, medical devices, generic drugs, and biosimilar biological products, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa­tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

This Act may be cited as the “FDA Reauthorization Act of 2017”.
