SEC. 2001. Extension of Highway Trust Fund Expenditure Authority.
Highway Trust Fund.— Section 9503 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended—
by striking “ October 30, 2015” in subsections (b)(6)(B), (c)(1), and (e)(3) and inserting “ November 21, 2015”, and
by striking “ Surface Transportation and Veterans Health Care Choice Improvement Act of 2015” in subsections (c)(1) and (e)(3) and inserting “ Surface Transportation Extension Act of 2015”.
Sport Fish Restoration and Boating Trust Fund.— Section 9504 of such Code is amended—
by striking “ Surface Transportation and Veterans Health Care Choice Improvement Act of 2015” each place it appears in subsection (b)(2) and inserting “ Surface Transportation Extension Act of 2015”, and
by striking “ October 30, 2015” in subsection (d)(2) and inserting “ November 21, 2015”.
Leaking Underground Storage Tank Trust Fund.— Section 9508(e)(2) of such Code is amended by striking “ October 30, 2015” and inserting “ November 21, 2015”.
