Science and Engineering Education Pilot Program.— Section 983 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (42 U.S.C. 16323) is amended by striking subsection (d).
Strategic Unconventional Fuels Development Program.— Section 369(i) of Energy Policy Act of 2005 (42 U.S.C. 15927(i)) is amended by striking paragraph (3).
Energy Efficiency Standards for Industrial Equipment.— Section 342(a)(6)(C) of Energy Policy and Conservation Act (42 U.S.C. 6313(a)(6)(C)) is amended—
by striking clause (v); and
by redesignating clause (vi) (as added by section 310(a)(4) of Public Law 112–110; 126 Stat. 1524) as clause (v).
