SEC. 301. Reports Eliminated.
Service-Learning Impact Study.— The National and Community Service Act of 1990 is amended by repealing part IV of subtitle B of title I (42 U.S.C. 12565).
Reports by Other Federal Agencies to the Corporation.— Section 182 of the National and Community Service Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12642) is amended—
by striking the following:
“(a) Design of Programs.—”
; and
by striking subsection (b).
