§1245.22. Evidence to demonstrate an alien's physical presence in the United States on a specific date. — Inbound Citations

(i) An alien seeking HRIFA benefits as a principal applicant must provide with the application evidence establishing the alien's presence in the United States on December 31, 1995. Such evidence may consist of the evidence listed in § 1245.22.

(2) Documentation to establish that the applicant was physically present in the United States on October 1, 1997, under the standards set forth in § 1245.22 of this chapter.
