§986.70. Handling for special purposes.
7 C.F.R. § 986.70
Regulations in effect pursuant to § 986.69, Authorities regulating handling, may be modified, suspended, or terminated to facilitate handling of pecans for:
Relief or charity;
Experimental purposes; and
Other purposes which may be recommended by the Council and approved by the Secretary.
