§982.12. Merchantable hazelnuts.
7 C.F.R. § 982.12
Merchantable hazelnuts means inshell hazelnuts that meet the grade, size, and quality regulations in effect pursuant to § 982.45 and are likely to be available for handling as inshell hazelnuts.
