Processed olives in hermetically sealed containers and heat sterilized under pressure, otherwise known as canned ripe olives and including the three distinct types, ripe, green ripe, and tree-ripened; or

Olives, packed in brine, and which have been fermented and cured, otherwise known as green olives.
