§915.142. Reserve fund.

The establishment of a reserve fund at an amount not to exceed approximately 3 fiscal years' operational expenses is appropriate and necessary to the maintenance and functioning of the Avocado Administrative Committee. Such reserve, including funds carried forward from prior fiscal years, shall be used to provide for the maintenance and functioning of the committee in accordance with the provisions of the marketing agreement, as amended, and this part.

Terms used in this section shall have the same meaning as when used in said marketing agreement and order.
