§869.201. Agricultural product certificates; format.

7 C.F.R. § 869.201

Each inspection, grade, class, weight or combination certificate issued under the Act by a licensee to perform such services must be:

(a)

In a format prescribed by AMS;

(b)

Issued and maintained in a consecutive order; and

(c)

As prescribed in the applicable licensing or provider agreement and authorized by AMS.
