§869.103. Amendments to license.
7 C.F.R. § 869.103
AMS will issue an amended license upon:
Receipt of forms prescribed and furnished by AMS outlining the requested changes to the license;
Payment of applicable licensing and examination fees;
Receipt of bonding or other financial assurance if required in the applicable licensing agreement; and
Receipt of a report on the examination of the proposed facilities pending inclusion or exclusion, if determined necessary by AMS.
