§868.50. Who may request retest inspection service.

General. Any interested person may request a retest inspection service on nongraded commodities. When more than one interested person requests a retest inspection service, the first interested person to file is the applicant of record. Only one retest inspection service may be performed on any original inspection service.

Scope of request. A retest inspection service may be requested for any or all quality factors tested but shall be limited to analysis of the file sample.
