§868.21. Requirements for obtaining service. — Inbound Citations

(a) A cooperator or the Service shall conditionally withhold service when an applicant fails to meet any requirement prescribed in § 868.21.

All written requests shall include the information specified in § 868.21. Copies of request forms may be requested from the cooperator or the Service. If all required documentation is not available when the request is made, it shall be provided as soon as it is available. At their discretion, official personnel may withhold inspection service pending receipt of the required documentation.
