Grades and grade requirements for all classes of wheat, except Mixed wheat.
Grades and grade requirements for Mixed wheat. Mixed wheat is graded according to the U.S. numerical and U.S. Sample grade requirements of the class of wheat that predominates in the mixture, except that the factor wheat of other classes is disregarded.
