§774.17. Loan application.
7 C.F.R. § 774.17
A complete application will consist of the following:
A completed Agency application form;
Proof of a bankruptcy claim in the AgriBiotech bankruptcy proceedings;
If the applicant is a business entity, any legal documents evidencing the organization and any State recognition of the entity;
Documentation of compliance with the Agency's environmental regulations contained in part 799 of this chapter;
A balance sheet on the applicant; and
Any other additional information the Agency needs to determine the eligibility of the applicant and the application of any Federal, State or local laws.
