§764.233. Limitations.
7 C.F.R. § 764.233
The applicant must comply with the general limitations specified in § 764.102 except § 764.102(f), which does not apply to applicants for the CL Program.
The applicant must agree to repay any duplicative financial benefits or assistance to CL.
