§63.106. Term of office.
7 C.F.R. § 63.106
The voting members of the Board shall serve for a term of three years; except that persons (other than the chairperson) appointed to the initial Board shall serve staggered terms of one, two, and three years, as determined by the Secretary.
No member may serve more than two consecutive full terms.
