§614.15. Implementation of final NAD determinations.
7 C.F.R. § 614.15
No later than 30 days after a NAD determination becomes a final administrative decision of USDA, NRCS will implement the determination.
Biannually, NRCS must file a report on the status of implementation of final administrative determinations in accordance with section 14009 of the 2008 Farm Bill.
