§550.107. Exceptions.

7 C.F.R. § 550.107

This part does not apply to:

(a)

USDA Federal Financial Assistance agreements subject to 2 CFR parts 400 and 415;

(b)

Procurement contracts or other agreements subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) or the Agriculture Acquisition Regulation (AgAR); or

(c)

Agreements providing loans or insurance directly to an individual.
