§52.3757. Standard sample unit size.
7 C.F.R. § 52.3757
Compliance with requirements for the various quality factors except “size designation” is based on the following standard sample unit size for the applicable style:
Whole and pitted— 50 olives.
Halved— 100 units.
All other styles— 255 g (9 ounces).
