§4284.930. Notifications. — Inbound Citations

  • (c) Sections 4284.930 through 4284.939 discuss the requirements for submitting an application. The sections include information on what forms and other information are required for a complete application as well as the format of the application, the application deadline, and how to submit the application.
  • (d) The amount requested must not exceed any maximum amounts specified in the annual notification issued on the program website, per § 4284.930.
  • (b) The maximum grant amount provided to a Recipient in any one (1) year shall not exceed the amount announced in an annual notification issued on the program website pursuant to § 4284.930, but in no event may the total amount of grant funds provided to a grant Recipient exceed $500,000.
  • Unless otherwise specified in a notification issued under § 4284.930, the following requirements apply to all applications.
  • (7) Unless otherwise specified in a notification issued under § 4284.930, the Administrator of the Agency or State Director has discretion to award up to 10 points to an application to improve the geographic diversity of recipients in a Fiscal Year, fund unserved or underserved areas, assist areas experiencing emergency conditions, or prioritize Projects that advance the Department or Agency's key priorities, goals, and objectives. In the event of a national competition, the Administrator will award points and for a State-allocated competition, the State Director will award points.
