§4284.1101. Purpose.
7 C.F.R. § 4284.1101
This subpart contains the procedures and requirements for providing the following financial assistance under the Rural Innovation Stronger Economy (RISE) program:
Grants for the purpose of constructing, purchasing, or equipping a building to serve as an innovation center in order to establish job accelerators.
Grants for the purpose of establishing and supporting job accelerators and related programs.
