§4280.37. Application forms and filing dates.
7 C.F.R. § 4280.37
The Intermediary may obtain forms that supplement the written narrative sections of its application from the Rural Development State Office for the State where the Intermediary is located.
An original copy only of the application is to be filed with the Rural Development State Office. No other copies are required.
