§3560.651. General.

This subpart contains the Agency's housing preservation requirements as related to prepayment requests and restrictive-use provisions (RUPs). The requirements of this subpart support the Agency's commitment to the preservation of decent, safe, sanitary, and affordable multi-family housing (MFH) for very low-, low-, and moderate-income households.

The Agency will coordinate, direct, and monitor the Agency's MFH preservation activities from the National Office level.
