§352.14. Costs. — Inbound Citations

(g) Costs shall be borne by the owner of the fruit as provided in § 352.14. This includes all costs for preinspection and convoying of loaded trucks and supervision of transloading from trucks to approved carriers or storage in United States ports when augmented inspection service has to be provided for such preinspection, convoying, and supervision.
