§3430.603. Eligibility.
7 C.F.R. § 3430.603
To be eligible to receive an award under this subpart, the recipient shall be a collaborative State, tribal, local, or regionally-based network or partnership of public or private entities, including:
A State cooperative extension service;
A Federal, State, or tribal agency;
A community-based or nongovernmental organization;
A college or university (including a junior college offering an associate's degree) or foundation maintained by a college or university;
A private for-profit organization; or
Any other appropriate partner, as determined by the Secretary.
