§3.86. Refunds.
7 C.F.R. § 3.86
USDA will refund promptly to the appropriate individual amounts offset under these regulations when:
A debt is waived or otherwise found not owed to the United States (unless expressly prohibited by law or regulation); or
USDA is directed by an administrative or judicial order to refund amounts deducted from the employee's current pay.
