§2100.012. Low-carbon practices to produce reduced-CI crops.
7 C.F.R. § 2100.012
Reduced-CI crops must be produced using nutrient management or nutrient management and one or more low-carbon practice(s):
No-till or reduced till; and/or
Cover crops.
