§210.31. Local school wellness policy. — Inbound Citations

(x) The State agency must ensure the local educational agency complies with the local school wellness requirements set forth in § 210.31.

(h) Local educational agencies must comply with the provisions of § 210.31 of this chapter regarding the development, implementation, periodic review and update, and public notification of the local school wellness policy.

(e) Local educational agencies must comply with the provisions of § 210.31(d) regarding student, parent, and community involvement in the development, implementation, and periodic review and update of the local school wellness policy.
