§1b.8. Records of decision. — Inbound Citations

(o) USDA subcomponents shall file completed environmental impact statements with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) consistent with EPA's procedures. Subcomponents may file environmental impact statements with the EPA at the same time they are transmitted to participating agencies and made available to the public. When the record of decision is included in the same document as the environmental impact statement, as permitted in paragraph (a) of § 1b.8, it shall also be filed.

(ix) A link to the website where additional information about the proposal can be found, to include publication of the environmental impact statement and record of decision, as required by paragraph (n) of this section and § 1b.8(c); and
