§1489.26. Disclosure of program information.

Documents submitted to CCC by RAPP Participants are subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552, and 7 CFR part 1, subpart A, specifically § 1.12.

Any research conducted by a RAPP Participant pursuant to a RAPP program agreement and/or approval letter shall be subject to the provisions relating to intangible property in 2 CFR part 200.
