§1485.12. Participation eligibility.
7 C.F.R. § 1485.12
To participate in the MAP, an entity shall be:
A nonprofit U.S agricultural trade organization;
A nonprofit SRTG;
A U.S. agricultural cooperative; or
A State agency.
CCC will enter into an agreement only for the promotion of an eligible commodity.
FAS may set forth specific eligibility information, including any factors or priorities that will affect the eligibility of an applicant or application for selection, in the full text of the applicable NOFO posted on the U.S. Government website for grant opportunities.
