§1466.9. Technical services provided by qualified personnel not affiliated with USDA.

7 C.F.R. § 1466.9

(a)

NRCS may use the services of qualified third-party TSPs in its delivery of EQIP technical assistance in accordance with 7 CFR part 652.

(b)

Participants may obtain technical services from certified TSPs in accordance with 7 CFR part 652.

(c)

NRCS retains approval authority of work done by non-NRCS personnel for the purpose of approving EQIP payments.
