§1465.30. Appeals.
7 C.F.R. § 1465.30
A participant may obtain administrative review of an adverse decision under AMA in accordance with 7 CFR parts 11 and 614, except as provided in paragraph (b) of this section.
The following decisions are not appealable—
Payment rates, payment limits;
Funding allocations;
Eligible conservation practices; and
Other matters of general applicability, including—
Technical standards and formulas;
Denial of assistance due to lack of funds or authority; or
Science-based formulas and criteria.
