§1435.600. General statement.
7 C.F.R. § 1435.600
The provisions of this subpart will be applied when CCC determines that buying sugar is necessary to avoid forfeitures of sugar pledged as collateral for CCC sugar loans.
This subpart will be applicable to:
Any sugar seller who contractts with CCC to sell sugar; and
Any bioenergy producer who contracts with CCC to purchase sugar for the production of bioenergy.
This subpart will be applicable until the end of crop year 2026.
