§1280.612. Volume of production.

For producers and seedstock producers, the term volume of production means the total number of live domestic lambs owned and produced during the most recent calendar year.
For feeders, volume of production means the total number of lambs owned and fed during the most recent calendar year.
For first handlers, volume of production means the total number of lambs slaughtered during the most recent calendar year.
