§1221.220. General.

7 C.F.R. § 1221.220

A referendum to determine whether eligible persons favor the continuance of this part shall be carried out in accordance with this subpart.

(a)

The referendum will be conducted at county FSA offices for producers and through AMS headquarters offices for importers.

(b)

The Secretary shall determine if at least a majority of those persons voting favor the continuance of this part.
